Manages small to medium size projects from inception to handover
- Reviewing project proposals and plans.
- Reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supervising commissioning activities and maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Supervise construction activity to ensure the project execution is in line with technical specifications.

Swing unit Rectifier

• Supply, Installation and commissioning of Auto-Regulating / Rectifier Transformer complete with cooling system and Rectifier unit, 50 kA, 0-1500 VDC complete with cooling system.,
• Supply and Installation of 132 kV power cables, cable sealing ends (for both ends)
• Modification and upgrade of existing DC busbar transfer link
• All civil work associated with the supply of new busbar supports and the modification of existing busbar supports

CFD Study –Busbar Temperature Rise Modeling

A detailed temperature rise study inside PL3 DC busbars tunnel considering all possible scenarios of natural ventilation using computational fluid dynamics (CFD).

400V LV Switchgear Replacement

• Design, manufacture, test, supply 400V Switchgear at SS454
• Installation and commissioning of available Temporary LV Switchgear
• Transfer of all loads from existing LV Switchgear to temporary board.
• Dismantling of existing LV Switchgear.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of new main 400V Switchgear
• Transfer of all loads from temporary to main 400V Switchgear.
• Load Flow / Short Circuit / Co-ordination / Stability Studies.

Replacement of Existing 40KVA UPS system

Supply and commission 40kVA UPS with 4 hours’ battery backup for PL 1&3 - 4 Nos in total. Air-conditioning upgradation. Civil works as required to fit the new UPS systems with free space for maintenance access. Decommissioning of old UPS and batteries

Building new substation SS961 in JA

• Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, install and commission 11KV MV switchgear, Relay & Control Panels including dedicated Arc protection relay
• Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, install and commission of new 33/11kV 25MVA Transformers
• New substation building with all building services
