Our founder, Mr. Mohamed Al Marzooqi, brings over 25 years of industry experience together with focused academic training in engineering, construction law and dispute resolution. He is supported by an international team of lawyers who bring their own knowledge of different jurisdictions across South Asia and Europe, complementing ALMC’s deep grounding in UAE law and practice with a broader, cross-border perspective.
Mr. Al Marzooqi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and regularly acts as sole arbitrator and party-appointed arbitrator in construction, energy and real estate disputes. He is also a registered arbitrator with:
- The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)
- The Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC)
- The Ajman Arbitration Centre.
ALMC is well versed in arbitral award annulment proceedings in Dubai, helping clients understand their options once an award has been issued and the grounds on which it may be challenged or upheld.
