Project Management & Development.

Managing Zora Field Development Project, including project execution strategy, reservoir studies, development wells drilling design, surface facilities conceptual design and detail engineering design with major engineering companies. Prepared detailed plans for the construction, installation, commissioning and operation phases for the following production facilities:

Offshore Platform and Topside Facilities

Offshore and Onshore Gas Pipelines.

Onshore Gas Processing Plant.

Prepared all documents, presentations and lead the discussions on project commercial negotiations, financing and approvals.

Successfully managed all project components and required approvals internally with Dana Gas Management & Project Team and externally with Sharjah Petroleum Council, Hamriyah Free Zone Authority, project contractors and lending institutions to move forward as per the project execution plans.

Assisted Dana Gas Senior Management by acting as the lead auditor for a number of Dana Gas Projects (KhorMor in Kurdistan, EBGEDCO & El-Wastani in Egypt) resulting in enhancing the technical integrity of gas production facilities and reducing the overall CAPEX and OPEX expenditures
