Mohamed Al Marzooqi is Chairman of ALMC and a registered arbitrator with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC). He is a UAE national with rights of audience before the Dubai Courts and the Ministry of Justice, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
He has submitted hundreds of expert opinions on technical and UAE law matters before the UAE Courts, and his practice today is increasingly weighted towards international arbitration and mediation, which extends beyond his original expert-witness base towards arbitral appointments in construction, engineering, energy and real estate disputes.
